Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 27, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or using the internet services provided by Community Fiber ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Community Fiber provides high-speed fiber-optic internet access. We strive to provide the speeds advertised; however, actual speeds may vary due to factors such as your device capabilities, home wiring, and network congestion.

3. Billing and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to suspension or disconnection.

4. Equipment

Equipment installed at your location (such as the Optical Network Terminal and Router) is purchased by you through a one-time equipment fee billed on your first invoice. This fee may be waived as part of a promotional offer. Once purchased, the equipment is yours to keep. Community Fiber does not collect or require the return of equipment when service ends.

5. No Contracts

Residential services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your service at any time without early termination fees, and there is no equipment to return.

6. Limitation of Liability

Community Fiber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to service interruptions.
