A barn across the yard or a dock at the water usually needs a survey and a quote first.

If something's not right, call the same local team that handles your internet — not a call center in another state. Included the whole time you're subscribed.

If it breaks

If the unit ever just quits working on its own, we fix or replace it at no charge, for as long as you're subscribed. No time limit.

Will this make my internet faster?

No. It extends where your Wi-Fi reaches. Your plan speed stays the same.

Do I need to already have eero?

Yes. If you are not on eero yet, send the request anyway and we will look at what your indoor network needs.

How far will it reach?

It depends on your property, and anyone giving you a number without seeing it is guessing. We test at the spot before mounting.

Can it reach my barn across the field?

If Wi-Fi already reaches the outside of the barn, often yes. If nothing reaches it at all, we would look at running a cable.

What happens after I send the form?

We read it, work out whether it needs a survey, and get in touch to arrange a time.
